Tech Executive & Management Advisor
Digitalization | Growth | Transformation
Klaus Kröll is a transformative C-Level Executive with more than 20 years of international leadership experience in bringing together business strategy, technology and people to drive enterprise-wide transformation.
“Having worked on both sides of the table – technology and business – shaped my approach to digital transformation: technology alone holds little value unless it enables business sucess and meaningful change toward building future-ready organizations.
Ultimately, it’s people who determine whether transformation succeeds or fails – change is inevitable, transformation is a choice.“
“I have dedicated my entire professional life to the interplay of business, technology and people, driven by a passion for transformative change.”
Klaus Kröll
More than a consultant:
Been there, done that.
Klaus Kröll brings over 20 years of experience in technology-driven and market-focused international management roles, leading large teams of over 1,000 staff and managing P&L for annual revenues in the three-digit million euro range.
A passion for transformative change has been a common thread throughout his entire career. He has proven his expertise in developing and implementing extensive transformation programs, among other things, as Chief Transformation Officer of a globally operating technology company.
In his international assignments throughout Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and the USA, he was able to demonstrate his pronounced intercultural competence.
However, he sees his ability to mobilize the people in the company for change as the most important success factor for sustainable change. Through his appreciative attitude, active listening, clear and transparent communication he fosters trust and acceptance, even in demanding situations.

IT, Business, People:
Connecting the dots makes the difference.
Klaus Kröll feels just as at home in the IT world as he does in Corporate Management, Sales, Finance, HR and other areas of the company. In addition, he has acquired special expertise in the following areas over the years.
Digitalization
In the past, digitalization was primarily aimed at increasing efficiency by modernizing business processes, whereas today it is also about optimizing the customer experience through a wide range of transformative technologies such as platforms, AI, analytics or IoT. To be successful, however, digitalization must also be recognized as a form of organizational development that goes far beyond the use of new technologies and changes the company as a whole.
“Digitalization requires a holistic approach that encompasses people, processes and technology to better anticipate and meet customer needs in an increasingly digital world.”
AI Adoption
The launch of ChatGPT in November 2022 sparked an AI adoption race across industries, driven less by strategy than by fear of missing out and competitive pressure. Yet, despite substantial investments, most organizations struggle to translate AI initiatives into tangible business outcomes.
“AI value is not created by deploying tools, but by enabling people to achieve tangible outcomes. Without vision, leadership, AI literacy , governance, human and cultural readiness, AI investments fail to translate into measurable impact.“
Change and Transformation
Today, the term “transformation” is used almost inflationary for any form of change. A profound business transformation fundamentally changes the business model, products and services, organization, processes, skills and technology systems. And it also requires a willingness to embark on a journey of continuous learning, with a destination that is not yet fully known.
“Many building blocks, such as vision, strategy, culture, technology, capabilities and leadership must work together for a fundamental transformation. And the willingness to let go of the past to some extend.”
Performance Improvement
Continuous performance improvement is an important lever for companies to achieve better results, adapt to changing conditions and thus remain competitive. Various aspects such as operational processes, employee skills, digitalization and the effectiveness of the entire organization play a key role.
“From individual teams to business units or global companies – I have driven initiatives in different areas. My approach: clear goals, effective planning, consistent implementation, ongoing stakeholder engagement and a commitment to continuous learning.“
